REFUNDS
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt. To request a refund or replacement please get in touch with us via email at admin@gladstoneccrdfv.com.au.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel a membership, please get in touch with our team via email at admin@gladstoneccrdfv.com.au
In accordance with the Office of Fair Trading, all membership cancellation requests will be processed on an individual bases depending on the circumstances and we adhere to the model rule which you can find here.
Sponsorships are negotiated on a case by case bases. Once funding is received – refunds for sponsorship are not usually available. Please get in touch if you have any questions regarding sponsorship refunds or cancellations via email at admin@gladstoneccrdfv.com.au
