Friends Of the CCRDFV

Friends of the CCRDFV are organisations who wish to offer a free or discounted service to help those directly affected by DFV. ‘Friends of CCRDFV’ cards are handed to clients through organisations linked with the CCRDFV. Clients then present the card at the relevant business to receive their free or discounted products.

Friends of the CCRDFV has been utilised to access many local services from morning teas to discounted vehicle parts. Some Friends of the CCRDFV opt to remain anonymous to the community so their service or donation can be discrete to those they assist.

Gladstone PAWS

Gladstone PAWS has partnered with the Coordinated Community Response for Domestic and Family Violence (CCRDFV) and other community services to assist, where possible, with short-term crisis accommodation or petsitting services. This service is currently eligible for Gladstone residents effected by Domestic Violence, or for those who need to stay in hospital and have no-one else to look after your pet/s. A small donation for each pet in care per day, and in the event you are not able to take your pet back into your care for any reason we can assist with rehoming. Note: We do not offer holiday accommodation.  this program does not currently cover homelessness, mental health or incarceration care. For more information on this service please contact our group President, Nicole Allison, directly on 0449826105 or our general enquiries line on 0429127950.
